A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Seized evidence referred to in subparagraphs 6 through 9 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

On September 20, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Gwangju District Court, and was sentenced to 1 year of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny on July 20, 2007 at the Gwangju District Court's Netcheon Branch.

After that, on October 27, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in Busan District Court on January 27, 2010, and completed the execution of the sentence in a detention house on March 7, 2012.

The Defendant reported the method of shouldering the window of a vehicle glass in the television crime reproduction program with a date drone, and destroyed the glass window of a vehicle parked in an apartment parking lot using a new wall time zone with a neglect of management by cutting the dracker onto the window frame, and then steals things in the vehicle.

On November 14, 2012, at around 04:10 on November 14, 2012, the Defendant: (a) accessed the EM5 vehicle volume parked by the victim D in the CE2nd underground parking lot of Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Seoul, and destroyed the glass window by sticking the Raber in the back seat glass pole on the back side of the driver’s seat; and (b) cut off the 270,000 won total of the market price of the above victim’s possession in the above vehicle volume, including one ball-shaped bag in the shape equivalent to KRW 20,00,000, the market price of which is 200,000, and 50,000,000,000,00,00,000, in the letter bag in the shape.

The Defendant, including that, from around that time to February 23, 2013, from around 01:50 to around February 23, 2013, destroyed and damaged the window of an undeveloped vehicle in the market price through 26 times (excluding paragraphs 14. and 28. of the list of crimes) and attempted to steal or steal goods of the market price of 7,308,000 and USD 22,000 through 28 times.
