A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 19:50 on January 4, 2018, the Defendant: (a) committed a conflict with the victim C(40) on the front of Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government road; (b) while having been in dispute with the victim C(40) on a parking issue, the victim obstructed and prevented the victim from departing from the front of the DMW car owned by the Defendant; and (c) the Defendant took a way that the victim moves the engine for the above car change to the driver’s seat (hereinafter “D”) on two occasions by removing the power of the driver’s vehicle into the brake; and (d) took place on two occasions by removing the power of the victim on the part of the driver’s vehicle.

2. On January 4, 2018, the Defendant driven the said car without a driver’s license from the 15km section from the 15km department store in Seoul Jung-gu to the place indicated in the preceding port, Jung-gu, Seoul, Seoul.

3. Counterfeiting a private signature and exercising a signature on the investigation;

A. On January 4, 2018, at around 20:30, the Defendant forged the signature of another person with the intention of exercising his/her name by signing the Defendant’s birth “H” in lieu of his/her name on the letter of voluntary accompanying consent presented by G, who is a policeman belonging to the above earth, within the F District of Seoul Dobong-gu Police Station in Dobong-gu Seoul, Seoul, with the intention of exercising his/her name on the letter of voluntary accompanying consent presented by G, who is a policeman belonging to the above earth.

(2) The Defendant: (a) presented to the police officer in charge of the foregoing investigation a letter of voluntary consent of accompanying prepared falsely at the time, place, and “H” as stated in the preceding paragraph; and (b) exercised the signature of the said investigation.

B. (1) On January 4, 2018, the Defendant forged the signature of “H” in the signature column of the person who made a statement at the end of the suspect interrogation protocol with the color pen and affixed a seal, at around 21:50 on January 4, 2018, at the Seoul Dobong Police Station type and criminal 1 team office located in 403, Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Nowon-gu, Seoul, for the purpose of using the signature of “H” in the signature column of the person who made a statement at the end of the suspect interrogation protocol.

(2) The Defendant shall enter the date, time, and place mentioned in the preceding paragraph.
