Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse;
A. In January 2015, the Defendant sent 50,000 won to the juvenile G (M, 16 years of age) who became aware of in the “F” of the Smartphoneing Tracking Track in E in light of light life, and had sexual intercourses.
As a result, the defendant was committing the act of purchasing child or juvenile sex.
B. On July 17, 2015, the Defendant issued 100,000 won for sexual traffic to the juvenile I (n, 14 years old), who was parked on the side of the road from Gwangju-si to Hanam-si, and came to know of “F” from Hina car on the side of the road.
As a result, the defendant was committing the act of purchasing child or juvenile sex.

In 2015, the Defendant sent 50,000 won to the juvenileJ (W, 15 years of age) who was parked in the Defendant’s HW car located in the Habacheon-si (hereinafter referred to as “F”) and became aware of the Defendant’s HW car in the Haba-si.
As a result, the defendant was committing the act of purchasing child or juvenile sex.

In 2015, the Defendant, parked in the B-Sa car located in the B-Sa car located in the B-Sado of Incheon and the B-Sado of 2015, sent 100,000 won to the juvenile K (W, 15 years of age) who became aware of “F” in the Defendant’s H-Sa car.
