Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On April 28, 2017, the Defendant, in violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (i.e., purchase of sex), decided to contact with F (F) through “E” by holding smartphones, and carried out commercial sex acts. On the same day, F (F) on the front side of H located in Si/Gunpo-si, Gunpo-si, and used F (F) on the Defendant’s low-speed car located in Sipo-si, Gunpo-si, Gunpo-si, Gunpo-si, Gunpo-si, Gunpo-si, Gunpo-si, Gunpo-si, Gunpo-si, Gunpo-si, Gunpo-si, Gunpo-si, Gunpo-si, 130 thousand

As a result, the defendant was committing the act of purchasing sex of F, a child or juvenile.

B. The Defendant, in violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (i.e., purchase of sex), and the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (i.e., brokerage), continued to contact with F, which he/she became aware of as set forth in paragraph 1-A, and mediates friendship B to purchase F’s sexual intercourse, and the Defendant had the opportunity to purchase F’s sexual intercourse with B.

1) On May 2017, the Defendant: (a) on the fluorial land of May 2017, the phone call to B, “I would like to give money to the Defendant.”

The amount is KRW 150,000 per time.
