A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts;

A. On September 11, 2015, around 16:00, the Defendant: (a) paid 1.30,000 won to F female women who met through “E” in Busan Northern-gu, Busan; and (b) entered into one-time sexual relationship with F, a smartphone, and engaged in commercial sex acts.

B. On September 19, 2015, the Defendant: (a) paid 130,00 won to the said F for sexual traffic; and (b) entered into a single sexual relationship with the said F for a single time, and (c) committed sexual traffic.

2. On January 8, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (sexual purchase, etc.) paid 120,000 won to the Defendant’s rocketing car parked in the entrance parking lot at Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, via the “H”, and entered into one-time sexual relationship by paying 120,000 won to the Defendant I (the age of 17), starting from that time, a sexual relationship is established.

4. By August 4, 198, up to 10 times as shown in the annexed list of crimes, I made a sexual relationship by paying the sexual traffic price to I.

As a result, the defendant was committing the act of purchasing child or juvenile sex.
