Defendant

A and B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000, and Defendant C shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,00.

The defendants are the defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who is a defendant A shall purchase sex of a child or youth;

Nevertheless, on September 6, 2015, the Defendant paid 150,000 won for sexual intercourses with the above J and 150,000 won to the juvenile who became aware of by using the “I” of smartphone pl, at H 206 heading room located in G on September 6, 2015.

2. No person who is accused B shall purchase sex of a child or youth;

Nevertheless, on September 7, 2015, the Defendant paid 150,000 won to the juvenile J (W, 15 years of age) who became aware of by using “K” a smartphone-fluor at the fluorial protection room located in G in Sinpo City, G, and paid 150,000 won for sexual traffic and had a single sexual relationship with the said J to purchase the sex of juveniles.

3. The defendant C shall not engage in any business which disturbs public morals, such as permitting male and female juveniles to sleep together, or providing a place for such business purpose, and the defendant is a person who operates H in G at the time of spoking.

A. The Defendant, as stated in paragraph 1 at the date, time, and place described in paragraph 1, changed the guest rooms to make a mixed accommodation with the J (Y, 15 years of age) that is a juvenile, and provided the said H guest rooms by receiving KRW 20,000 from A for the passenger fee and providing them with the said H guest rooms.

B. The Defendant, at the time, and at the place specified in paragraph 2, as described in paragraph 2, changed the guest rooms to make a mixed accommodation with J (Y, 15 years of age) that is a juvenile, and provided the said H guest rooms by receiving KRW 30,00 from B as the guest fee, and providing them with the said H guest rooms, even if the Defendant considered himself as a defective juvenile.
