1. The disposition taken by the respondent to select an intervenor as a priority negotiating entity in relation to the development project of the Class C (Stage 2) of the Busan Port Area (Stage 2) and the Class 1 harbor hinterland complex shall be suspended from its effect until the 30th day after the judgment of the case on the selection of a priority negotiating entity was rendered by this Court 2019Guhap 75266.
