1. On May 7, 2019, the disposition to revoke the designation of the exclusive travel agent for attracting Chinese organizations tourists against the applicant on May 7, 2019 shall suspend the validity of the disposition to revoke the designation of the exclusive travel agent for Chinese travel in 2019Guhap65498 at this Court until the 30th day after the date of the judgment revoking the designation

2. The applicant's remaining requests are dismissed.

On May 7, 2019, the revocation of the designation of the exclusive travelr for Chinese organization tourists, which the respondent had against the applicant on May 7, 2019, shall suspend its effect until the final and conclusive judgment of the revocation of the designation of the exclusive travelr for China, 2019Guhap65498.

According to the results of the examination and the supporting materials of the applicant's submission, it is recognized that the disposition specified in paragraph (1) of the Disposition is likely to cause irrecoverable damage to the applicant, and urgent measures are required to prevent such damage, and there is no other data to recognize that suspension of execution is likely to seriously affect public welfare.

Therefore, the petitioner's application of this case is reasonable within the scope of the above recognition, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
