1. On November 5, 2018, the disposition taken to suspend the performance of a certified tax accountant’s duties for November by the respondent to the applicant on November 5, 2018 shall be suspended until 30 days from the date of sentencing of this Court 2019Guhap7838 case.

2. The applicant's remaining requests are dismissed.

On November 5, 2018, the respondent issued a disposition of suspension of tax accountant's duty (hereinafter referred to as "disposition of suspension of duty in this case") and a disposition of imposition of an administrative fine of 5.5 million won (hereinafter referred to as "disposition of imposition of an administrative fine in this case") against the applicant on November 5, 2018 shall suspend the execution until this court's decision becomes final and conclusive.

According to the supporting documents submitted by the applicant, it is recognized that there is an urgent need to suspend the execution of the above disposition in order to prevent irrecoverable damage that may arise from the suspension of the execution of the above disposition, and no other evidence exists to recognize that the suspension of execution of the above disposition may seriously

On the other hand, even in accordance with the explanatory materials submitted by the applicant, there is no urgent need to suspend the enforcement of the administrative fine imposition disposition of this case in order to prevent irrecoverable damage to the applicant.

Therefore, the application of this case is accepted within the scope of the above recognition, and the remaining application is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
