Reasons
According to the results of the examination and the supporting materials submitted by the applicant, it is recognized that there is an urgent need to prevent the damage that could be caused to the applicant due to the execution of each disposition stated in the disposition, and there is no other evidence that the suspension of execution may have a significant impact on the public welfare.
