A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 7, 2015, the Defendant interfered with business: (a) around 02:15 on May 7, 2015, 2015, the Defendant: (b) randdddd the victim D, who was fright C, with drinking alcohol on the package in which he had an implied funeral; and (c) without any justifiable reason, carried out time expenses to the customers.

2. On May 7, 2015, the Defendant had difficulty in performance of official duties, such as the foregoing, at the F District of the Jeju East Police Station in Jeju Island E at Jeju on May 7, 2015.

Although the Defendant was demanded by the police officers to return home from the police officers who had been dispatched to the 112 report of the people in the surrounding area twice, the Defendant was forced to voluntarily move to the F District by G in the circumstances where the police officers were dispatched after receiving the third report on the disturbance.

The Defendant demanded the said G to return home from the earth, and returned to the outside of the earth zone again, and assaulted the police officers working in the earth zone at the same time on one occasion at the left side of the said G with a shot hand as he was flaped from the said G while avoiding a disturbance, such as “ging, coffee,” the sound, etc. to the police officers working in the earth.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning crime prevention and global situation service of police officers who wear uniform.
