A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 2, 2015, at around 20:30, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s convenience store business by force by avoiding any disturbance, such as having the victim’s convenience store drinking at the D convenience store run by the victim C in Jeju City, without any justifiable reason. The Defendant ran the victim at a time, “Chos, packers, sib, sib,” and walked the victim, who received a request for assistance from the victim of drinking bage, and walking the entrance door at the request of E, the next restaurant proprietor, who received a request for assistance from the victim of drinking bage on several occasions.

2. Performance of official duties;

A. On May 2, 2015, at around 20:55, the Defendant, as indicated in paragraph (1), avoided disturbance, and was required to return home from a slope G belonging to the F District Unit of the Jeju East Police Station, which was dispatched by the victim C upon the victim C’s 112 report, and subsequently, entered the said convenience store again, and the G that restrains it, stating that “I am flick, flick, flick, flick, flick, flick, etc., of G with left hand.”

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning crime prevention and global situation service by police officers in uniform.

B. At around 22:25 on May 2, 2015, the Defendant, at the Jeju East Police Station and the Jeju Violence Investigation Team’s office located in the Jeju East-ro, Jeju-do, Jeju-do, and the Defendant committed assault against the said G by saying, “I ambling a wall, ring this ringer, such as a width, I amblinger, and I ambiener. Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the arrest and accompanying of police officers who have been in uniform.

3. Around May 2, 2015, the Defendant’s insultd the victim G, who received 112 report from the citizens, such as the above E, before the above convenience store, and called the victim G, who was dispatched to the said victim G upon receiving 112 report, to the public.
