A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 02:00 on December 26, 2018, the Defendant assaulted the victim C (at the age of 55)’s faces and parts of the victim’s face and part of the body of the victim in his/her hand while working in the drinking problem.

2. In the date, time, place, and without any reason, the Defendant: (a) sealed the victim E (the 49-year-old) who is the customer of the said main point; (b) took part in the victim’s face going beyond drinking continuously; and (c) taken part in the victim’s head, bridge, arms, etc. for about two weeks of treatment; and (d) taken part in the victim’s head, bridge, arms, arms, etc. for about two weeks of treatment; and (e) taken part in the victim’s head, bridge, arms, arms, sprink, and sprinks.

3. For the same reason, the police officer was arrested as a flagrant offender of the obstruction of performance of official duties and was transferred to the F District Office of Jeju Police Station around December 26, 2018.

The Defendant, at the F District Office around 04:15 on the same day, walked the parts of the police officer H and the police officer I belonging to the said District, who tried to escort the Defendant to the Dong Police Station, and pushed the above H by pushing ahead of the upper half of the said H with his head, and goes beyond the front of the said H.
