Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Criminal facts

1. On December 18, 2014, the Defendant interfered with the business of the Defendant: (a) had been engaged in the calculation at the second floor of the building C'D' in Goyang-dong, Yongsan-gu; (b) on December 18, 2014, the Defendant expressed his/her employees, such as the victim E (the 23 years of age) who is an employee of the said main shop, without any justifiable reason, for the “Choe, Sick” without any justifiable reason; and (c) even upon receiving a demand that he/she interfered with the business of the said main shop, the Defendant interfered with the business of the victim’s main shop by force, such as biffing the said main shop employees for about 20 minutes; and (d) having them look back.

2. 모욕 피고인은 전항 기재 일시, 장소에서 112신고를 받고 출동한 일산경찰서 F지구대 소속 경찰인 피해자 G과 피해자 H에게 “씨발 놈아, 지랄하지마, 개새끼야”라고 욕을 하여 주점 종업원 및 손님들 10여 명이 듣고 있는 자리에서 공연히 피해자들을 모욕하고, 현행범인으로 체포되어 F지구대로 인치된 후 같은 날 23:55경부터 다음 날 00:30경까지 위 지구대 내에서 경찰인 피해자 I에게 “야 병신아, 씹할 놈아, 개새끼야, 그 따구로 했지 병신아, 씨발 년아 한번 보자”라고 욕을 하고, 계속하여 경찰인 피해자 J에게 “개 같은 년아, 넌 뭐야, 보지 같은 년아, 내 아빠가 서장이야, 등신 같은 년아, 븅신 같은 새끼야”라고 욕을 하여 지구대 내 경찰 및 민원인 등이 있는 자리에서 공연히 피해자들을 모욕하였다.

3. When the Defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender of the crime of interference with business from G of the Yongsan Police Station F District of the Yongsan Police Station, the Defendant obstructed the police officer’s legitimate execution of duties concerning the arrest of a flagrant offender by assaulting the above G as his hand, and obstructing the police officer’s lawful execution of duties.
