A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 2, 2015, the Defendant causing property damage: (a) around 15:45, the Victim C, operated by the Victim C, in the voice group B, prepared medicine according to the pharmaceutical’s prescription to the pharmacist; (b) however, the defect that E did not have any drug found in the above pharmacy; and (c) caused damage to the display glass of the drug made of the drug that was made of the Defendant’s drinking glass, i.e., “h., why he would not have any drug discovered; and (d) caused damage to the market price by putting the display glass of the drug that was made of the drug that was made of the Defendant’s drinking.

2. At around 15:50 on May 2, 2015, the Defendant received 112 report that there was a person who frighting from E at the above pharmacy, and received a demand for voluntary performance from the head G of the F District of the voice police station, the police officer G, and the police officer H to the F District located in the voice group I, and led him to the F District as well as the above G, etc.

At around 16:20 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) investigated C by police officers belonging to the F District Unit on the same ground as described in paragraph (1) at the F District Branch Office; (b) told police officers, such as the above G, that “I am home from the F District Unit; (c) after leaving the F District Unit, I am home from the said G; and (d) asked C without returning home, and without returning home, I am back to “I am home, I am back to the house, and I am back to the house, and I am back to the F District; and (d) the above G am to enter the pharmacy into the F District Unit; and (e) I am to “I am son, bit bit B, bit B, bit B, bit B, bit B, bit B, bit B, bit B,” and assaulted by hand, spabling the fat, body of the said G.

Then, while the Defendant heard the speech from the J of the F District of the Sound Police Station to enter into the district zone, he reported that the said G was located in front of the district zone entrance, and assaulted the face of the said G once in both directions, and continued to be arrested as a flagrant offender of the obstruction of performance of official duties, he saw that he was seated in the district office.
