[Status of the Defendants] Defendant A is a teacher of a kindergarten annexed to D elementary schools located in the Jeonju-si, and Defendant B is an elementary school E located in the Gosan-si, and Defendant C is a F elementary school teacher located in the Jeonju-si, and is the head of H in the North Korean branch located in the G organization.

On May 19, 2014, Defendant A, B, and C C Trified I’s Elementary School Teachers J proposed the second teachers’ declaration by asserting that the 43 teachers’ declaration of life-sustaining on May 13, 2014, as the title “K” in the “members’ voice” bulletin board among the “members of the G Organization website”, was justifiable and unfair, and that the teachers who will participate in the declaration of life-sustaining at least 43, as the disciplinary policy of the Ministry of Education against the above 43 persons was unfair, and posted a letter to the effect that they interfere with contact by using e-mail and cellular phone.

On May 20, 2014, Ma is a private person, who is a private person, expressed his opinion to participate in the comments and will be placed on the bulletin board of the Blue House website.
