【Criminal Facts】
1. On May 7, 2014, the Seoul E-middle School Teachers F posted the teachers’ declaration to the effect that “I calls for the withdrawal of his/her political power” under the title “H” under the name of “H,” among the members of the G Trade Union’s website (hereinafter “G”)’s “Ma party” on the bulletin board of “J” and “I,” and posted a letter to the effect that “I calls for the withdrawal of his/her political power” is insufficient solely with the display, etc. of labor-management sports and SNS, etc., and thus, the teachers who are participating in the posting of the teachers’ declaration on the Cheongdae-dae Free Open website with the content of “I, e-mail, inform teachers of the regional and e-mail of the demand for withdrawal of his/her political authority.”
On May 13, 2014, the F sent a teacher’s declaration (hereinafter “First Teachers’ declaration”) under the joint signature of 43 teachers who express F himself/herself and wish to participate in the website at a Cheongdae website (WW.go.kr) at a non-place on May 13, 2014, the F posted a teacher’s declaration (hereinafter “K”).
