A is a Daejeon High School teacher, Defendant B is a Daejeon High School teacher, Defendant D is a Daejeon High School teacher, Defendant D is a J High School teacher, Defendant E is a high school teacher, and Defendant E is a person who has served as Seoul High School teacher. Defendant F is a person who has served as Seoul High School teacher.

1. On May 13, 2014, Defendant B’s violation of the State Public Officials Act posted a teachers’ declaration on the M/L bulletin board of the M/L website on May 13, 2014, Defendant B posted a teachers’ declaration to the effect that “T” is called “S” under the title “S” on the P/L bulletin board among “P” (hereinafter “P”) around May 7, 2014, and posted a teachers’ declaration to the effect that “T” is insufficient solely with the display, etc. of labor unions and SNS, and thus, the teachers who participated in the notice of teachers’ declaration on the M/L bulletin board of the M/L bulletin will be jointly informed of the regional name by e-mail.”

The 42 teachers, including the defendant, expressed their intention to join the 42 teachers, who are under their joint signature, according to the O's proposal.

Then, on May 13, 2014, the foregoingO visited M at an unspecified place and posted a teacher’s notice of the first teachers’ declaration of “V” (hereinafter “the first teachers’ declaration”) under the joint signature of 43 teachers who have expressed the O himself/herself and expressed his/her intent to participate on the free bulletin board.

A teacher X posted the above teacher declaration on the “R” bulletin board of the P website of the same day.

On April 16, 2014, the notice of the above teachers’ declaration provides that “the murder that occurred in the hinterland of the capital and the implied aiding and abetting of the U.S. regime” is also caused by the implied aiding and abetting of the regime.
