【Status and Criminal Records of the Defendants】 Defendant A is the F Middle School Teachers (the chairman of the G Trade Union as of April 13, 2017), Defendant B is the H middle school teachers, Defendant C is the J middle school teachers, Defendant D is the J middle school teachers, Defendant E is the K middle school teachers, Defendant A is the violation of the Political Fund Act at the Gwangju District Court on November 2, 2012, and Defendant C and Defendant D are the same crimes in the same court on October 31, 2012.
[Criminal Facts]
1. On May 7, 2014, Defendant A posted the full text of the teachers’ declaration to the effect that “P” should be urged to withdraw from the Q regime under the name of “O” on the “N” bulletin board among the members of the G Trade Union (hereinafter “G Union”)’s website, and Defendant A posted a teachers’ declaration to the effect that “P” should be called “P” on the “N” bulletin board,” and Defendant A proposed “the teachers’ campaign to urge the withdrawal of Q regime on the grounds that there is a lack of simply displaying the labor force in the street campaign and SNS.” As such, the teachers who participated in the notification of teachers on the Cheongdae-dae website’s free bulletin board in joint signature, such as “ching to notify the regional and name by e-mail.”
The 42 teachers, including the defendant, expressed their intention to join the jointly signed bulletiner according to M's proposal.
On May 13, 2014, at around 13:35, M posted a teacher’s declaration of “T” (hereinafter “first teacher declaration”) under the joint signature of 43 teachers, including the Defendant, who have connected Cheongdae website (www.pred.go.go) and expressed his/her intent to participate in M, etc. on the free bulletin board.
On the same day, V posted the above teachers’ declaration on the “N” bulletin board among the “members closing party” on the G association website on the same day.
The above teachers' declaration is made on April 16, 2014 by 304 passengers.
