피고인은 말레이시아 국적의 외국인으로서, 2017. 7. 초순경 휴대전화 메신저 앱인 ‘ 위 챗’ 을 통하여 알게 된 중국계 말레이시아 인인 성명 불상자{ 위 챗 아이디 ‘C }로부터 “ 한국에 가서 위조된 신용카드로 물품을 사서 오면 구입한 금액의 10%를 수고비로 주겠다.

” 는 제안을 받고 이를 승낙한 다음, 위 성명 불상자에게 여권 및 신분증 사진을 ’ 위 챗 ‘으로 전송한 후, 2017. 7. 16. 경 말레이시아 쿠알 라 룸푸 르 공항에 설치된 물품보관함에서 피고인의 영문 성명인 ‘D’ 이 양각된 별지 범죄 일람표 (1) 기 재 위조 신용카드 40 장을 꺼 내 소지한 채, 같은 날 08:00 경 김해 국제 공항을 통해 국내로 입국하였다.

1. On July 26, 2017, the Defendant, at around 13:55, was informed of the use of fraud and forged credit cards, at the “MCM store operated by the victim Sung-dong Co., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., 17, Jung-gu, Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, by purchasing a household, and by suggesting the credit card (credit card No. E) possessed by the defendant to an employee of the above store as if he were a genuine credit card, and then deceiving the above employee by suggesting it to the employee of the above store as if he were a genuine credit card, and then he was issued five additional notes worth KRW 4,232,00 of the market price owned by the above victim from the above employee, and used the forged credit card.

In collusion with the above person who was not aware of his name, the defendant, from July 16, 2017 to June 26, 2017, by deceiving the victims by the above method 14 times in total, such as the list of crimes (2) of the annexed crime, and by deceiving the victims by the above method, each of the victims received property or pecuniary benefits, and each of the forged credit cards was used.
