1. 피고인 A의 범행 피고인은 성명 불상자( 위 챗 닉네임 ‘E’ )로부터, 2017. 5. 30. 새벽 경 말레이시아에 있는 불상의 장소에서 피고인의 영문 이름이 양각된 위조 신용카드 10 장을, 같은 날 20:00 경 말레이시아 쿠알라룸푸르에 있는 다쉐 쓸라 딴 터미널 인근에 주차된 자동차 안에서 피고인의 영문 이름이 양각된 위조 신용카드 25 장을 각 건네받은 후, 총 35 장의 위조 신용카드를 소지한 채 2017. 6. 1. 08:25 경 인천 국제공항을 통하여 한국으로 입국하였다.

A. On June 1, 2017, the Defendant: (a) used a call credit card (G) in an influenous place located in Incheon on June 1, 2017; (b) used a call-type operated by an influenite victim; (c) provided that, as if the Defendant was a genuine credit card, the German Do, which was forged, presented the said victim to pay KRW 90,000 to the said victim; (d) from that time to 15:06 of the attached Table 1 to 15:06 of the same day, by deceiving the victims by presenting the forged credit card to the victims on a total of seven occasions, such as the No. 1 through No. 5,8,9 of the attached Table 1 of the List of Offenses Act, and thereby, by deceiving the victims to make payments, each of the victims acquired each product of KRW 4,126,000 in total from the victims, or acquired each of the forged credit cards and used each of the profits.
