Punishment of the crime

Around June 16, 2017, after receiving a proposal to the effect that “,” and accepting it, the Defendant’s English name was taken out to the Republic of Korea through the Incheon International Airport on the same day in accordance with the direction of “C”, while keeping the Malaysia-based International Airport in the Malaysia-based International Airport, and the Defendant’s English name was removed from 12 forged credit cards whose English name is removed, and entered the Republic of Korea on the same day.

2. On June 19, 2017, the Defendant, who attempted to commit fraud and attempted to use forged credit cards, deceiving the said employee by presenting the forged card possessed by the Defendant to the employees of the said store, as if the genuine Defendant was the credit card holder, at the F stores operated by the victims of false names on the E and 1st floor in Seoul Jung-gu, Seoul, and at around December 12:24, 2017.
