Punishment of the crime
피고인은 말레이시아 국적의 외국인으로서, 2017. 3. 하 순경 말레이시아에서 성명 불상자( 위 챗 대화명 ‘C’ )로부터 ‘ 대한민국에 가서 위조된 피고인 명의의 신용카드를 이용하여 고가의 물품을 구입해 오면 구입 물품 총액의 10%를 수고비로 주겠다’ 는 취지의 제안을 받고 이를 승낙한 후, 위 성명 불상 자로부터 위조된 신용카드( 아무런 정보가 저장되지 않은 신용카드에 미국 Chase Bank USA. N.A. 사 등이 발급한 신용카드 정보를 마그네틱 선에 입력하고, 피고인의 영문명 ‘D’ 을 양각) 41 장을 건네받고, 대한민국으로 입국하였다.
1. On March 31, 2017, the Defendant purchased one unit of KRW 2,280,000 from “G” stores located on the first floor of the F department store located in Jung-gu Seoul, Seoul, and used forged credit cards (credit card No. H) that had been dryed from the above person’s name in a manner that presented it to his/her employee in the name and makes payment.
As indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table between March 30, 2017 and March 31, 2017, the Defendant: (a) purchased each of the goods worth KRW 12,557,800 in total on six occasions, and used each of the above forged credit cards; (b) purchased each of the goods worth KRW 90,672,80 in total on 40 occasions; (c) attempted to use each of the forged credit cards by the above method; (d) however, the Defendant did not refuse approval for the shortage of balance, etc. and did not result in each attempted attempt.
2. On March 31, 2017, the Defendant purchased one bank equivalent to KRW 2,280,000 from “G” stores located on the first floor of the F department store located in Jung-gu Seoul, Seoul, and subsequently, purchased a forged credit card (credit card number H) from the above person’s name.
