【Criminal Power】 On July 7, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of suspension of the execution of imprisonment with labor for the crime of interference with business, etc. at the Suwon District Court, which became final and conclusive on July 15, 2017.

【Co-Defendant and B (Separate Co-Defendant) are special buyers with disabilities, and C, D, and E (Separate Co-Defendants) are members of G, an incorporated association located in Busan Dong-gu F, and H are the chairpersons of the above G Busan Metropolitan City Association.

The defendant, together with C, D, E, or H, purchased documents necessary for the application for special supply of disabled persons from the disabled persons who have no intention or ability to sell the apartment, and offered to acquire the proceeds from resale by selling the apartment under the name of the disabled persons by applying for special supply of disabled persons.

After that, around October 2016, H received documents necessary for the application for special supply of disabled persons, such as a resident registration certificate, a certificate of personal seal impression, certificate of disabled persons, etc., from I, to the purport that "if you lend the name of the disabled to apply for apartment purchase, they will pay for the payment, and if the prize is won, they will be paid part of the proceeds of resale."

H sent the documents received from I as above in the above temporary light, and around October 20, 2016, the defendant applied for special supply of disabled persons in the name of the victim K in Busan Dong-gu's L apartment sales office operated by the victim K in Busan Dong-gu, for the special supply of disabled persons, I won the above apartment M.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with H, applied for special supply of disabled persons, such as the No. 1 No. 1 of the list of crimes in annexed Form No. 1, thereby allowing the disabled persons to be awarded a house constructed and supplied under the Housing Act by false or other unlawful means, and hindering the fair selection of the affected company by fraudulent means.

In addition, from around that time to August 1, 2017, the Defendant is identical 48 times in total, such as the list of offenses 1 and the list of offenses 2.
