The crimes of No. 1, No. 2, and No. 2, of the judgment of the defendant, shall be punished by imprisonment for 4 months, and the crimes of No. 2, and No. 3.

Criminal facts

On July 25, 2016, the defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a violation of the Housing Act at the Busan District Court on the 10th of the same year on December 16th of the same year.

1. The Defendant jointly committed with D and E is the chairman of G Busan Metropolitan City Association, an incorporated association located in F of the Dong-gu, Busan, and D is a special sale hub for disabled persons, and E is a member of the above Association.

The defendant and E purchased documents necessary for the application for special supply of disabled persons from the disabled persons who actually have the intention and ability to sell apartment units and sent them to D, and D conspired to acquire marginal profits from resale by receiving apartment units by selling them in the name of the disabled persons.

Around May 2016, the Defendant issued documents necessary for the application for special supply of disabled persons, such as a certified copy of resident registration, a certificate of seal impression, and a certificate of disabled persons, to the effect that, according to the above public offering, the Defendant: (a) lent the name in the name of the disabled H to apply for apartment purchase; and (b) paid a part of the proceeds from resale if the winning was awarded.

Defendant sent documents received from H as above at the above time around May 16, 2016 to D, and D applied for special supply of disabled persons in the name of H to the K apartment sales office operated by the victim J in Busan, Busan, on May 16, 2016, and H won won in the above apartment 104 Dong 2102.

In collusion with D and E as above, the defendant applied for special supply of disabled persons two times in total, such as 1 and 2 times a year of crime circulation table 1 and 1 and 2 around that time, thereby causing the disabled persons to win, thereby allowing them to be supplied with houses constructed and supplied under the Housing Act by fraud or other improper means, and interfering with the fair selection of victims.

2. The Defendant, who committed joint crimes with L, E, M, and N, is a member of the foregoing Association, is a disabled person with no actual intention and ability to sell apartment units as above, as in L, a special supply hub for disabled persons.
