Defendant
A The president of Busan H, the former president of Busan H, and Defendant C, the former president of Busan H, and the former president of the external co-operation committee of the disabled group of the disabled group of the disabled group of the former president. Defendant D is a licensed real estate agent conducting business with the trade name of “K” in the Busan East-gu J, Busan, and “L” in the same Dong.
The Defendants purchased or received documents necessary for the application for special supply from the disabled persons who have no actual intention and ability to sell the apartment, and applied for special supply in the name of the disabled persons, and subsequently conspired in order to resell the apartment supplied under the name of the disabled persons and to divide their profits from the resale.
According to the above public offering, around May 2015 to June 6, 2015, Defendant A requested N (Class 3 with a brain disease disorder) to remove the documents related to apartment subscription, and received documents necessary for the application for apartment subscription, such as a resident registration certificate and a certificate of personal seal, from N, and M sent them again to Defendant E. On June 3, 2015, Defendant E was supplied with 103 units 1 units 1 units 1 units 1, 1302 units 1 units 1 units 1 units 1, 2015.
In the foregoing manner, Defendant A, in collusion with Defendant E and Defendant E, shall be entered in 11 times each time during the period from June 3, 2015 to July 1, 2015, as shown in attached Table 1 to 6, 10, 11, 13, 15, and 16, and Defendant B, in collusion with Defendant B and Defendant E during the period from June 30 to September 8, 2015, as indicated in attached Table 12, 20, 21, 27-29, on six occasions each time as shown in attached Table 12, 20, 20, 27-29, and Defendant C, in collusion with Defendant E and Defendant E during the period from July 1, 2015 to July 27, 2015, 15,5, 15, 23, 26, 30-3, 25, 26-3, 26, and 35.
