1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 25,243,890 and interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from January 16, 2016 to the day of full payment.

1. Claim for the cost of supplying lighting fixtures to the Defendant (D Operators) of the Plaintiff for the indication of the claim (C Operators) (the outstanding balance as of December 31, 2013)

2. The interest rate from the date following the delivery of a copy of a complaint without holding any pleadings (Articles 208(3)1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act) shall be 15% per annum pursuant to the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings and the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sep. 25, 2015; effective from October 1, 2015).
