1. The Defendant’s KRW 50,512,00 for the Plaintiff and KRW 6% per annum from December 11, 2015 to December 31, 2015.
Reasons
1. Costs for processing parts, such as metal type, against the Defendant by the Plaintiff requesting indication (the outstanding balance as of December 10, 2015);
2. The interest rate from the date following the delivery of a copy of a complaint without holding any pleadings (Articles 208(3)1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act) shall be 15% per annum pursuant to the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings and the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sep. 25, 2015; effective from October 1, 2015).
