1. The Defendant paid KRW 52,760,00 to the Plaintiff KRW 52% per annum from January 1, 2013 to June 3, 2016.

1. The loan principal of 34,760,000,000 won (as of September 1, 2012, and due date of repayment, December 31, 2012) lent principal to the Defendant indicated in the Plaintiff’s claim against the Defendant (as of October 1, 2012, the due date of repayment, October 1, 2012, and December 31, 2012).

The interest rate from the date following the delivery of a copy of a written complaint by service by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act) shall be 15% per annum pursuant to the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings and the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sep. 25, 2015; effective from October 1, 2015).
