1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 100,000 and KRW 60,000 among them, from December 5, 2008, KRW 40,000,000.
Reasons
1. Claim for reimbursement of KRW 100 million to the Defendant on June 4, 2008 by the Plaintiff’s marking of the claim
2. The interest rate from the date following the delivery of a copy of a written complaint by service by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act) shall be 15% per annum pursuant to the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings and the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sep. 25, 2015; effective from October 1, 2015).
