Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Claim against the defendant: Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. The interest rate after October 1, 2015, which was wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sept. 25, 2015, pursuant to Article 3(1) main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Oct. 1, 2015), shall apply to the interest rate of 15% per annum.
