A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 201, 2014, the Defendant embezzled, at a place where it is difficult to know one government ever at the early time of the first police officer, the Defendant: (a) obtained a driver’s license on his/her possession lost C; and (b) did not take necessary procedures, such as returning it to the victim; and (c) embezzled it.

2. The Defendant of the forgery of a private document, using a resident registration certificate in the name of C acquired as stated in the preceding paragraph, intended to borrow a vehicle in that name.

On January 6, 2014, the Defendant entered into a vehicle lease agreement with the president “C”, “G”, and “H” in the name column of the lessee in the vehicle lease contract form with the president F, the Defendant signed the vehicle lease agreement with the lessee “C”, “G” and “C” in the resident registration number column and the driver’s license number column.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a vehicle rental contract in the name of C, which is a private document on rights and obligations.

3. When the Defendant entered into a lease agreement with the above F at the same time and place as that set forth in the preceding paragraph, the Defendant issued the above F a forged vehicle lease agreement with the said F, as if it was genuinely formed.

Accordingly, the Defendant exercised one copy of a vehicle rental certificate in the above C name.

4. The Defendant, at the same time and at the same place as the preceding paragraph, was required to present a driver’s license by the president F while making an I driver’s license for an I driver’s license in E as above.

The Defendant, as stated in paragraph 1, illegally displayed a public document under C’s name, which is an official document acquired, by presenting it as his own.
