Criminal facts

The Defendant, upon receiving a proposal from a person under his name, saying, “on the face of sending a vehicle by sirening with another person’s driver’s license, the Defendant was sent F’s driver’s license, handphones, safe chips, cash, etc. from the person under his name, and received the F’s license, handphones, safe chips, etc. from the person under his name.

1. On July 5, 2018, the Defendant presented the F’s driver’s license in the name of the Commissioner General of the National Police Agency in the name of the Seoul Regional Police Agency, which is an official document, in order to present the F’s license in order to satisfy the employee’s name in order to satisfy the Defendant’s license, and presented F’s driver’s license five times in total between around that time and around August 4, 2018 as indicated in the following table:

Accordingly, the defendant did not use official documents.

F’s driver’s license, a document document No. HI and K5, around July 5, 2018, for LM, on or around July 5, 2018, and the use of a vehicle under F’s name, shall be forged, and around July 5, 2018, JK, K53, and around August 1, 2018, LM, LO, SM5 5 on or around August 2, 2018, and Hastacea on or around August 4, 2018.

2. On July 5, 2018, the Defendant: (a) presented F’s driver’s license, as described in paragraph (1) from Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Busan-si, Seoul-si; (b) forged five copies of the vehicle lease agreement between the time around the time when the Defendant signed the F with the name side of the F, stating “F” and “ Q,” etc. in the lessee column using a black pen; and (c) forged five copies of the vehicle lease agreement for five occasions in total, as described in the table of paragraph (1) from that time until August 4, 2018.

As a result, the defendant, who is a private document on the rights and obligations, has placed five copies of the vehicle rental contract in F, respectively.

3. At the time and place specified in paragraph 2, the Defendant at the time and place, as described in paragraph 2, used the forged vehicle rental contract as if it were duly formed to an employee of H’s name infinite as if it had been duly formed, and as between around that time and August 4, 2018, the Defendant set forth in paragraph 1.
