A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 24, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a maximum of one year and ten months for a short term with prison labor for special larceny, etc. in the support to the head of Suwon Fagwon, and the above judgment became final and conclusive on August 16, 2018.

1. On August 4, 2017, the Defendant and C, who jointly committed the crime, and the Defendant and C wished to show a vehicle at the EPC company, as if they were G, to have a vehicle driver’s license lost by F and G, in the EPC room located in Ansan-si, an Ansan-si, an Ansan-si.

On August 6, 2017, the Defendant and C around 10:45 on August 6, 2017: (a) at the places indicated in paragraph (a) around 10:45, the Defendant and C have received a vehicle lease contract from J by presenting the driver’s license under F and G name as if the Defendant and C were G; (b) the Defendant, using the verification type pen, stated “F” in the lessee’s name column of the car lease contract for a car with LAbreg-tur-tur-tured vehicle; and (c) stated “F” in the next signature column of the lessee’s name of MYF YF or other vehicle rental contract for a vehicle; and (d) stated “G” in the signature column of that side; and (e) stated that each of them was genuinely formed with J.
