Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] The Defendant, at the Jeju District Court on September 9, 2010, was sentenced to a suspended sentence of three years and six months for a violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (Rape, etc.) at the Jeju District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on September 17, 2010 and is currently in the grace period.

【Criminal Facts】

1. Around 04:00 on December 10, 2012, the Defendant: (a) purchased goods at the D convenience store located in the Jeju Apartment Complex; (b) provided the victim’s e, working at the place, who did not recommend the Abscream, the Defendant expressed the victim’s desire to “this year, weather, two years, and the same bitbit of bitbitch”; (c) the police officer G belonging to the police box of the Jeju Western Police Station, who was dispatched upon receipt of a report, and H interfered with the victim’s work as the convenience store staff by force between about 15 minutes by avoiding disturbance, and by force, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s work as the convenience store staff.

2. 공무집행방해 피고인은 2012. 12. 10. 04:25경 제1항 기재 장소에서 위와 같은 경위로 출동한 제주서부경찰서 F파출소 소속 경사 G, 순경 H으로부터 귀가할 것으로 요구받자, G에게 “이 개 같은 놈들아. 내가 공무집행방해만 없으면 니네들은 다 죽었어. 칼로 확 찔러 버려. 새꺄”라고 하여 협박하고, 계속하여 오른발로 H의 가슴을 걷어차려 하고 주먹으로 H의 얼굴을 향해 1회 휘두르는 등 폭행하여 경찰관의 범죄수사에 관한 정당한 직무집행을 방해하였다.
