A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than five months.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 11:30 on June 24, 2019, the Defendant interfered with his duties: (a) at the “C” office located in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, where he had been under the influence of alcohol; (b) at which he had been working, or where he had been working, without any usage, and (c) the victim D (the 35 years of age) who is an employee, remains in the office, such as drinking drinking water in the cooling house of the office; (d) he remains in the office due to the victim D, victim D, and E (24 years of age) who is an employee of the Defendant, coming out of the damaged office; and (d) he saw the victim D, the victim D, and the victim E (the 24 years of age) who is an employee thereof, went back to the office; and (d) interfered with the victim D’s duties by gathering the water flow on the back of the defect.

2. On June 24, 2019, at the place indicated in paragraph (1), around 12:03 on June 24, 2019, the Defendant: (a) the police officer G of the Suwon-nam Police Station, who was dispatched to the site after receiving 112 reports, expressed a desire to listen to the reporter’s statement; and (b) G saw his hand to the face of the said G, thereby preventing the police officer H from selling it at his arms; and (c) h h h h h h h h h h h h h h h h h h h h h h h h h h h h h h’s h h h h h’s h h h h h h h h h h h h

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers in relation to the prevention, suppression and investigation of crimes.
