On February 2013, the Defendant, at around 20:20 on the same day, administered a philophone medication by inserting approximately 0.03 grams of psychotropic drugs purchased as referred to in the above paragraph (1) into paper cupped World Cup, and dilution them into water, at least 20:20 on the same day.

On February 12, 2013, the Defendant: (a) remitted KRW 600,000 on January 23, 2013 to the Daegu Bank account in the name of G known by F; and (b) on February 12, 2013, the Defendant purchased KRW 400,000 on February 12, 2013; (c) on February 17:30, 2013, after receiving approximately 0.5 grams, psychotropic drugs, from F, from the front side of the said D Building; and (d) additionally paying KRW 10,000 to F.

4. On February 12, 2013, the Defendant administered philophones in a way that, around 18:00 on February 12, 2013, approximately 0.03g of philophones purchased as psychotropic drugs under the foregoing D Building A(3) was inserted in paper cuppedpedped World, and dilution in water.

[2013No. 214] On March 21, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 06:5, at the resident police station and the detention room located in Sung-dong 13-2, the Defendant: (b) obtained tobacco brought from H in the same room on the front day; and (c) possessed and used tobacco in the relevant correctional institution.
