Defendant
A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months, and imprisonment with prison labor for one and half years.
However, as to Defendant A, this shall not apply.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime

1. Notwithstanding the absence of a person handling narcotics, Defendant A:
A. On July 22, 2013, around 23:00, 23:00 accepted approximately 0.03 g of Mesopha, which is a psychotropic drug with a white paper, from B and E, a Mesopha (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”).
B. At around 00:30 on July 23, 2013, around 00:0, the Defendant’s residence F, adjacent to the Defendant’s residence, administered approximately 0.03g of philopon, as described in paragraph 1(a), by inserting it into the single-use instant cup, in a way of drinking water.
C. Around 02:00 on August 4, 2013, at the top line below the Defendant’s residence located in Gyeong-gun F in Gyeongnam-gun F, purchased approximately 0.09g of a white paper f. c. 300,000 won from E.
At the time and place specified in paragraph (3) of the first paragraph, approximately 0.03g of the philophones received as such was put in a single-use poppy and administered in a way of drinking in water.
E. Around 14:00 on August 7, 2013, around 14:00, purchase approximately 0.09g of a white paper from E in front of the Sacheon-si Sacheon-si 501, Sacheon-si, Sacheon-si, Sacheon-si, Sacheon-si, with a white paper 300,000 won.

2. In the absence of a person handling narcotics, Defendant B shall:
A.
