A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. A crime related to a person who has been unable to obtain his/her name (one name B)

A. On January 20, 2020, the Defendant received approximately 0.03g of psychotropic drugs from a person who was unable to obtain a name (i.e., one-time clopon; hereinafter “clopon”) from the middle-gu Busan metropolitan area (i.e., one-time copon”; and (ii) injected the said copon into water; and (iii) injected the Defendant’s hand, etc. using the single-use copon.

Accordingly, even if the defendant is not a person handling narcotics, he received and administered psychotropic drugs.

B. On February 20, 2020, the Defendant issued 90,000 won in cash to the above person in a white car of the person who was parked on the front of the Busan Dong-gu cel, Busan, and 3.15 g of philopon from the above person who was not injured in his name, and received three disposable divers and plastic bags.

Accordingly, even if the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant traded psychotropic drugs.

C. On February 2020, the Defendant injected approximately 0.03g of penphones into water over two occasions from EtelF, the Defendant’s residence in Busan Dong-gu, Busan, and injected them into the Defendant’s hand, etc. using a disposable injection device.

Accordingly, even if the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant administered psychotropic drugs.

On March 2020, the Defendant, on two occasions at the residence of the above Defendant, injected approximately 0.03g of philophones into water, and took the Defendant’s hand, etc. using a disposable injection device.

Accordingly, even if the defendant is not a person handling narcotics, he administered psychotropic drugs.

E. At around 06:00 on March 12, 2020, the Defendant injected approximately 0.03g of philophones into water at the above Defendant’s residence, and then injected to Defendant’s hand, etc. using a disposable injection device.

Therefore, even if the defendant is not a person handling narcotics, he takes notes that are psychotropic drugs.
