A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Since the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, he/she shall not administer a psychotropic drug so that the psychotropic drug is not a person handling narcotics (the term "clopon"; hereinafter referred to as "copon").

1. On September 2019, the Defendant administered approximately 0.03 grams of philopon on the water at around 21:0 on September 21, 2019, in the middle of his/her residence in Ulsan Northern-gu B or C.

2. Around September 30, 2019, the Defendant administered approximately 0.03g of phiphonephones on September 30, 2019 at the same place as the above paragraph (1) by drinking them on the water.

3. Around October 20, 2019, the Defendant committed the crime: (a) around October 20, 2019; (b) around October 23, 2019; (c) inserted approximately 0.03 grams into a single-use injection instrument at the same place as the foregoing paragraph (1); and (d) injected them by means of injection with his/her hand, etc. after dilution with water.

4. Around October 30, 2019, the Defendant administered approximately 0.03g of phiphonephones in the manner of drinking in water at around 22:00 on October 30, 2019 at the same place as the above paragraph (1).

5. Around January 14, 2020, the Defendant administered approximately 0.03g of phiphonephones in the same place as above 16:00 on Jan. 14, 2020, in a way that can be delivered to coffee.

6. Around February 6, 2020, the Defendant administered approximately 0.03 grams in the same place as the above 19:00 on February 6, 2020, in a way that can be delivered to coffee.

7. Around April 11, 2020, the Defendant administered approximately 0.03g of phiphonephones in the same place as above 1:00 on April 11, 2020, in a way of cans and coffees.

8. Around May 11, 2020, the Defendant administered approximately 0.03 gopon to cans and coffee at the same place as above 17:00 on May 11, 2020, at the same time as above 17:00.
