A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 15, 2012, the Defendant: (a) asked D to seek psychotropic drugs-related Metepacters (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”); (b) 2,200,000 won; (c) purchased and sold philopon by receiving approximately five gramlopon from D from the above telephone around 16:00 on June 15, 2012;

2. On June 16, 2012, at around 01:30, the Defendant put about approximately 0.03g of philophones purchased from D in a non-fluorized guest room in the fluorite-si, Kumi-si, Sinsi, as described in the foregoing 1.3, into a paper cupped World Cup containing a living volume of approximately 0.03g of philophones purchased from D, and divating phiphones in a mathic method;

3. On August 20, 2012, the Defendant: (a) asked D to seek writingphones from G from the mixdong-si, the Defendant 2.50,000 won of the price; (b) purchased and sold mphones by taking approximately 0.6g of opphones from D in the heading room of the “Fel” in the Gu and Sinsi-si, Gunsi; and (c) purchase and sell mphones by taking approximately 0.10g of opphones from D in the heading room of the “Fel” in the Gu and Sinsi-si;

4. On September 1, 2013, around 05:00, the Defendant added approximately 0.03 gramopopon to paper cupped cups containing bio-opopon in the G market near the Gumisisisisi (Hel), dilution, and administered phiopon by clopon in a way of scopon, and scopon.

5. On October 11, 2013, at around 05:00, the Defendant added approximately 0.03g of philopon to the paper World Cup containing bio-life in the J convenience store located in Gumisisisisi, the Defendant dedilutiond the philopon, and administered philopon by clusing it.
