A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"200 Highest 1358"

1. Night-time theft of buildings;

A. At around 00:00 to 03:00 on May 2, 2020, the Defendant: (a) invaded the victim C in the petition-gu, Cheongju-si, with two number plates, such as the front of the EtraXG car and the back number plates, which were located therein; and (b) stolen the vehicle.

B. From June 5, 2020 to June 13, 2020 to June 13, 2020, the Defendant: (a) intruded inside the above place beyond the fence installed adjacent to the door; and (b) removed 4 number plates, such as the front, rear number plates, front, and back number plates, and followed number plates, which were prepared in advance.

2. Around July 7, 2020, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act and the Defendant illegally used an automobile registration number plate in front of the apartment complex complex near the bus terminal located in the wife population, and purchased a MF7 car with no number plate from H “H”. The Defendant illegally used the air for the purpose of unlawful use and at the same time, attaching the number plate before and after the aforementioned MF7 car, and attaching it to the front of the MF7 car.

3. Unlawful events for the protection of air;

A. On July 7, 2020, the Defendant, around the bus terminal located in the wife population, exercised an air defense illegally used by operating a MF7 car with a F number plate attached from the front of the apartment complex to the road in the Chungcheong-gun, Chungcheongnam-si, as described in the above paragraph (2) at approximately 85km section from the front of the apartment complex to the road in the Chungcheong-gun, Chungcheongnam-si.

B. On July 8, 2020, the Defendant exercised an air defense that was unlawfully used by operating a MF7 car with the F number plate attached, as set forth in the above paragraph (2), at the section of approximately 30km of the road of Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do.

4. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;

A. On July 7, 2020, the Defendant started driving on the front of an apartment complex near a bus terminal located in Gyeonggi-do without obtaining a driver’s license.
