A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

The defendant did not pay a fine for negligence, and was kept in custody of the car number plate of the BM5 car owned by himself, and had arbitrarily set up a front license plate of the car and had the intention to operate the car.

1. Around January 2014, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act, at the Defendant’s house located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, included the Plaintiff’s registration number plate attached to the said car as Alumin aluminium as the day of use, and then included the automobile number “B” in the upper color.

Accordingly, the defendant forged the registration number plate of the air straw for the purpose of exercising the right.

2. Around March 12, 2015, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act: (a) placed the forged registration number plate on the front door of the Defendant’s house located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government from the front door to the 166-ro, Jung-gu, Seoul, Jung-gu, Cheongcheon-ro, and operated the said car.

Accordingly, the defendant operated a vehicle with a forged car registration number plate, and exercised a forged air mark.

3. No owner of an automobile in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any automobile on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, around March 12, 2015, the Defendant operated a BM5 car that was not covered by mandatory insurance from the front door of the Defendant’s house located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the 166 Cheongcheon-ro, Jung-gu, Seoul.
