A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.
Reasons
Criminal facts
1. Larceny;
A. On August 5, 2013, at around 23:50 on August 5, 2013, the Defendant stolen, using dricker and flass, at the Incheon jumb managed by the victim D, located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, by removing two number plates in front of, and after,, e.g., e., e., e., e., e., e., ear.
B. On August 6, 2013, around 00:0 on August 6, 2013, 2013, the Defendant discovered the F-owned car volume of 8.2 million won at the F-owned place without a license plate at the place indicated in the above paragraph 1’s A, and used a key posted on the said vehicle and stolen it.
2. The Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act: (a) at the time and place specified in the foregoing 1-B B; (b) at the front of the E FF car removed as stated in the foregoing 1-A; and (c) at the front of the E FF car without the number plate specified in the foregoing 1-B; and (d) at the front of the FF car without the number plate specified in the above 1-B, the number plate registered by the method of operating

The Defendant, at the time, at the place specified in the foregoing 1-B(b), exercised the illegally used air sign, which is an air sign, which is an air sign, by setting up two number plates in front of the E FF car, which is removed as stated in the above 1-B(a), and then attaching two number plates to the front of the fF car without any number plates specified in the above 1-B(b). From around that time to August 6, 2013, the Defendant exercised the illegally used air sign by operating the Incheon FF to August 07:30.
4. On August 6, 2013, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) without obtaining a driver’s license. Around 00:00 on August 6, 2013, at approximately 10km from the front of the Incheon Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, to the front of the Defendant’s residence, the Defendant driven the same car at approximately 10km from the front of the Defendant’s residence in Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City to the front of the promotion apartment located in 564, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon.
