A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny and motor vehicle registration number plates and seals affixed by the Mayor/Do Governor in violation of the Motor Vehicle Management Act shall not be detached, except where permission is obtained from the Mayor/Do Governor or where special provisions are provided

Nevertheless, on September 30, 2019, the Defendant kept in custody the number plate in front of CK5 car registered under the joint name with B, who was delinquent in local tax, and was in mind to remove the number plate of other vehicles. On October 21, 2019, the Defendant removed the seal of the front number plate of the victim FG car car owned by the victim F in front of the E-cafeteria located in D, Gangwon-gu, Gangwon-gu, Gangwon-do. On October 21, 2019, the Defendant removed the seal of the number plate from it in his hand.

On October 2019, the Defendant illegally uses air defense and illegally uses air defense events: (a) around the Defendant’s house located in the Defendant’s house located in Pyeongtaek-gun, Gangwon-gun; (b) attached a stolen G number plate to the front number plate of CK5 car; and (c) used the air illegally using the said K5 car in the front number plate of CK5 car from around that time to January 3, 2020.

Around 06:50 on January 3, 2020, the Defendant driven CK5 vehicle under the influence of alcohol 0.126% of alcohol content in the section of approximately 71 km from the street to the front of the office of the Defendant of H in Pyeongtaek-gun in the city of Gangwon-gu, Gangwon-do, the Hanwon-si.
