A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 27, 2017, from around 18:20 to around 20:26, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the gap in which employees’ management is neglected at 17 in a day-to-day flashing luminous name, and 2nd floor shock studs; (b) was stolen by placing in his/her own bank the unclaimed household goods, such as microclothecing, strings, bending, bending, and sound straws, etc., of the market price of the Kenya owned by the Defendant.

2. On May 17, 2017, from around 21:10 to around 22:11, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the gap in which employees’ management is neglected at 17 in a day-to-day flashing luminous name, and 2nd floor shock studs; (b) was stolen by placing in his/her own bank the unclaimed household goods, such as microclothecing, strings, bending, bending, and sound straws, etc., of the market price of the Kenya owned by the Defendant.

3. On May 18, 2017, from around 21:13 to around 22:10, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the gap in which the employees’ management was neglected in the lux of light 17 in a day-to-day flashing light; (b) the employees’ lux of 2nd floor shocks; and (c) was stolen by inserting the unclaimed household products, such as microclothecing, string, bending, bending, and sound sturging, in his/her own bank.

4. On May 23, 2017, from around 21:00 to around 22:30, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the gap in which employees’ management is neglected at 17 in a day-to-day flashing luminous name, and 2nd floor shock studs; and (b) cut off the unclaimed household products, such as microculing, string, bending, bending, and sound strings, in his/her own bank, by inserting them into a string room.

5. On May 25, 2017, from around 19:58 to 22:06, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the gap in which the employees’ management was neglected in the lux of light 17 in a day-to-day flashing light; (b) the employees’ lux of 2nd floor shocks; and (c) cut off the unclaimed household goods, such as microculing, pressing, bending, bending, and sound luxing, etc., in his/her own bank.
