Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. From around 13:00 on June 19, 2015, the Defendant: (a) requested the victim to prepare a written estimate of the cost of replacing the face-to-face replacement from “D” where the victim C works as an accounting staff member; (b) subsequently, the Defendant stolen one copy of the debit card of the new bank owned by the victim on his/her face-to-face page; and (c) one cellular phone of the gallon in an amount equivalent to KRW 600,000 at the market price where the head of the national bank bank was located. 2. Violation of the Act on Fraud and Credit Specialized Financial Business
A. On June 19, 2015, around 19:19, the Defendant: (a) sold at “G pharmacy” for the F’s operation of the Victim F in North Korea-gu, North Korea-si; (b) purchased one L/L premium (L/L/C) and one link; and (c) presented C’s national bank debit card (60,000 won settlement) and a new bank debit card (600 won settlement) that was stolen, as described in paragraph (1), and used the stolen debit card, upon delivery from the injured party of the amount of KRW 60,600 at the market price.
B. On June 19, 2015, the Defendant: (a) at “J Borrowing” managed by the Victim I located in B in the Northern-gu, Northern-si on June 19, 2015; (b) at “J Borrowing; (c) 2 U.S. Pap 4; and (c) 4, and (d) Pap son.
A. The new bank debit card of C, which was stolen as stated in paragraph 1, was presented as if he was his debit card and was issued to the injured party an interest amounting to 386,000 won at the market price and used the stolen debit card.
