A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around March 2017, the Defendant modified the official document by striking out the number (C) of a certificate of national merit parking in the name of the head of the State Veterans Office by using a physical wave from the hospital room in Seoul National Veterans Hospital located in the village of Gangdong-gu Seoul, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, to be used for vehicles operated by the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant modified his official document for the purpose of uttering.

2. On March 25, 2017, the Defendant, at around 16:40, kept and exercised the altered official document on the front glass of the D vehicle operated by the Defendant as if he/she duly issued the altered national meritorious parking certificate, in the area of 17, Ebcare P2, and I 19, in a line of duty at a time of light lighting.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised the altered official document.
