A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant habitually stolen another’s property as stated in paragraphs 1 through 9 below.
1. On January 8, 2018, from around 19:50 to 20:50 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) placed a light name of “D” located in “D” in “D shock string” and (b) placed in “D shock string” on the second floor of the victim limited liability company E, with limited liability, placed in the Defendant’s bank, such as e-mail, bedclothes, shower straw, sound straw, shopping bags, etc., and stolen them.
2. On January 10, 2018, from around 20:40 to around 21:20 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) placed in the 2nd-class shock studio of D luminous devices; (b) placed in the 2nd-class shock studio; (c) placed in the 2nd-class shock studio; (d) placed in the Defendant’s bags; and (e) stolen the b) placed in the Defendant’s bags.
3. On January 12, 2018, from around 20:30 to around 21:00 of the same day, the Defendant: (a) placed in the Defendant’s bags, such as bedclothes strings, illuminations, showers, and shopping bags displayed in the 2nd show of the two stories of the D light, and stolen them.
4. On January 17, 2018, from around 19:45 to around 21:10 on the same day, the Defendant, from around 19:45 to around 21:10 on the same day, stored a bedclothes box, electric appliances, sound studs, shower bags, shopping bags, etc. in the Defendant’s bank and stolen them.
5. On January 22, 2018, from around 20:10 to 21:40 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) placed a bedclothes box, electric appliances, sound studs, shower bags, shopping bags, etc. in the Defendant’s bank and stolen them.
6. On January 25, 2018, from around 21:20 to 21:40 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) placed a bedclothes box, electric appliances, sound studs, shower bags, shopping bags, etc. in the Defendant’s bank and stolen them.
7. On January 30, 2018, from around 21:30 to 21:50 on the same day, the Defendant, from around 21:30 to around 21:50 on the same day, stored a bedclothes box, electric appliances, sound studs, shower bags, shopping bags, etc. in the Defendant’s bank and stolen them.
