1. The plaintiffs' appeals against the defendants are all dismissed.

Basic Facts

The relevant Plaintiff A and B are parents of the deceased H (hereinafter referred to as “the deceased”) between husband and wife, and Plaintiff C is the birth of the deceased.

Defendant D and E are the director of the husband and wife, Defendant D is the president, and Defendant E is the chief director of Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government who jointly operates the “J kindergarten” in the Dobong-gu I.

Defendant F is the reduction of the J kindergarten, and Defendant G is the teacher of the J kindergarten's non-regular teaching staff.

On January 31, 2012, the Deceased died of a female who was born to K, and on the other hand, the age of the deceased was 5 and 11 months after the death.

Defendant G, in the instant case, from January 31, 2012 to January 15:00, up to 15:50, the 12 students, including the Deceased (hereinafter “instant lecture”) were under way at the J kindergarten branch lecture (hereinafter “instant lecture”).
